when shipping your
items to us, please pack them carefully using bubble wrap/newspaper etc.
please be sure to use a service that offers tracking or delivery confirmation. we are not responsible for lost shipments.
upon receiving your items, in approximately 1-2 business days your items will be shipped & insured back to you. Upon shipment we will immediately contact you with the tracking number.
